My experience with Portable-Nebs was simply comfortable and efficient. Their web site made it easy for me to find the pulse oximeter that met my demands, to place the order and make the payment. I placed orders for meters for my daughters and they called to make sure the order wasn't an accidental duplicate. That is the kind of customer care I value. I'll be back.

I have never experienced such quick, reliable and excellent customer service before using Clinical Guard. I have absolutly NO complaints just praise. Even in the unfortunate event of being sent a faulty product, Clinical Guard managed the situation so quickly - I was amazed and very thankful for how they responded. I was recently diagnosed with something that is still a mystery to my doctors. My oxygen levels drop without warning causing significant health complications. Our insurance does not cover a home Oxygen Saturation monitor and the medical equipment company wanted 4 times the amount Contec wanted for the same type of equipment. I have been very pleased with the product, their shipping time was extremely quick. With this small piece of equipment I can carry it in my purse and give me the information I need to seek medical attention immediately and also to track what my levels are during certain activity. Thanks again for giving me a tool that has more than paid for itself by giving me peace of mind.

I ordered a Sonoline B Pocket Fetal Doppler that I received in no time at all! I was at first hesitant to ordering online from a website I didn't know, but saw another user recommend Contec and it is indeed legit and trustworthy. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product! It puts my mind at ease to be able to have a reliable product to detect the heart beat of my growing baby! I've shopped with clinical guard before and had no problems. This time, it was terrible. It had been several weeks and I hadn't recieved my product. I finally sent an email and received a comment that the item was out of stock and should be in by the end of the week. That week went by and I still had heard nothing. After another email, I recieved a reply that they didn't know when the product would be in stock, that I could choose a different color instead. The payment had already posted, so I had no choice but to settle for another color. I would have much rather to have had the pink color of the pulse oximeter that I ordered, but I had to settle. I was very dissatisfied with that.
